quick fix
There was a small bug where the stuff wasn't getting deleted when the player was sufficiently far away, so I fixed that. This should reduce memory usage a bit and reduced cpu load. In some rare cases it seems to slightly increase cpu load, but overall it's much lower now.
Added sounds! This is big for me because I play games silently most often while listening to music or youtube videos, I do think the sounds add a bit of atmosphere though, so I hope they are appreciated.
I also added the ability for the user to define a seed and added a loading screen to mask the initial generation and to run some helpers in the background after initially generating the world which allowed me to fix some lighting issues. Coincidentally the graphics look much better and perform much better too!
I also added some headbob, sprinting, and jumping. I want to flesh out the animations for these a lot more but that'll come later.

I also improved the "secrets" slightly and made the linux download free.
